It’s been forever since I last reported on my progress…still going strong and my total loss is right around 50#. I’m dealing with a small gain from my 2 week vacation but I know I’ll recover from that quickly. It’s important to keep going strong so that my newer clothes continue to fit and eventually get loose! I still have a lot of work to do to get to where I need to be, but I’m well on my way and feeling great about it!!

YES!!!! I lost count of how many times I was asked this at a family function yesterday. Please don’t congratulate me on how good I am doing and then expect me to eat pizza, cupcakes, candy & ice cream.
I enjoyed my chicken & salad and I was JUST FINE.
